Since we first tamed the flame, humans have been dependent upon their light sources. A lot has happened since, and OLED is the latest step in this development. OLED is the first technology which allows for true surface lighting, allowing wafer thin sheets of light to be produced. Light itself becomes form, a paradigm shift that gives designers completely different opportunities for shaping the perception of light. OLED also has many other advantages, e.g. low energy consumption and heat generation, no use of toxic materials and full colour tunability, making for an impressive range of opportunities.

We combine the properties of OLED with a stringent philosophy of good design and sustainable production together with a new system for automatic colour temperature regulation, creating a solution unlike any other on the market. The customer gets a product that meets their functional needs for variable lighting, their easthetic needs through good design, saves them money by energy efficiency and keeps their conscience clean due to the sustainable materials and production.

  • These findings indicate that room light exerts a profound suppressive effect on melatonin levels and shortens the body's internal representation of night duration. Hence, chronically exposing oneself to electrical lighting in the late evening disrupts melatonin signaling and could therefore potentially impact sleep, thermoregulation, blood pressure, and glucose homeostasis.
